We are a small school in the village of Helpringham. Our children come from Helpringham and the surrounding villages such as Great Hale and Little Hale, with some travelling from Heckington, Sleaford and further surrounding towns and villages. There is a school bus which your child can access if they are eligible once they are in Reception.

Little Owls Nursery takes children straight after their third birthday. We take children with their 15 or 30 hours funding or you have the opportunity to top up their hours by paying for extra time within the school hours if your child only has 15 hours funding. Our Nursery is term time only.

Although our school may look small from the roadside, we actually have a large building which extends back onto our expansive field with football pitch markings, trim trails, growing and planting areas, a forest area and an enclosed pond! Please come and visit to see for yourself the wonderful provision we offer.

The children enjoy morning playtime together as a whole school when they get the chance to see younger/older siblings as well as friends in other year groups.

At lunchtime the children are split into Nursery/Reception/Key Stage 1 on the first lunchtime sitting and then KS2 are on the second sitting.

We have a super breakfast club and after school club. Breakfast club starts at 7.30am until the beginning of the day. After school club starts at 3.20pm until 5pm each day.
