Welcome
Welcome to Helpringham Primary School and Little Owls Nursery
A very warm welcome to Helpringham Primary Academy.
Helpringham Primary Academy is a small school with a big heart, and I am incredibly proud to be leading such a special community. We are fortunate to have wonderful children, dedicated families and a strong, caring staff team who work together to ensure that every child feels valued, supported and inspired to achieve their very best.
At Helpringham, we believe that every child matters. We are a fully inclusive school where everyone is welcome and everyone belongs. We celebrate individuality, embrace diversity and strive to create an environment where children feel safe, happy and confident to be themselves. Our nurturing ethos enables every child to flourish academically, socially and emotionally.
We are passionate about providing an exciting and engaging education that fosters a love of learning. While we deliver the National Curriculum, we enrich it through creative and memorable experiences that bring learning to life. From special themed days and inspiring assemblies to educational visits, visitors to school and opportunities to explore the wider world, we encourage our children to be curious, adventurous and enthusiastic learners.
At the heart of everything we do are our school values, which represent the essence of our Helpringham happiness. Our Helpringham H.E.A.R.T. values guide our daily life and help shape the kind, respectful and ambitious young people we aspire for our children to become:
H – Happy
E – Equal
A – Aspirational
R – Resilient
T – Team
These values underpin our relationships, our learning and our ambitions for every child. We encourage our pupils to work hard, dream big, support one another and take pride in all that they achieve.
We are committed to building strong partnerships with parents and carers, recognising that children achieve the greatest success when school and home work together. Open communication, mutual respect and a shared commitment to every child's wellbeing are central to our approach.
Choosing the right school for your child is one of the most important decisions you will make, and we hope our website gives you a flavour of what makes Helpringham Primary Academy such a special place to learn and grow. However, nothing compares to seeing our school in action. Visits are actively encouraged, and I would be delighted to personally show you around our school so that you can experience first-hand the warm, welcoming atmosphere and see our children enjoying their learning.
Thank you for taking the time to visit our website. I hope you enjoy finding out more about our school and all that we have to offer.
I look forward to welcoming you to Helpringham Primary Academy.
